Services
Residential
Pillar has 17 staffed homes integrated within the community. Each home is staffed 24 hours per day and is home to three residents, providing Pillar clients with individual bedrooms and bathrooms and a shared kitchen and living area to foster connection and comfort. Each resident has the opportunity to work with a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to achieve goals outlined in their person-centered plans. DSPs also assist with daily tasks. Residential services are available to any participant who is 18 or older.
Pillar Family Home Providers (FHPs) share their personal homes with adults with disabilities, offering assistance and a sense of belonging. Residents enjoy the supportive and family-like environment while maintaining their independence and striving to reach personal goals. FHPs are compensated for the support they provide.

Engagement Centers
Pillar’s engagement centers (day programs) are designed to promote choice, inclusion, and active participation within our community. Our centers serve as the hub for day programs, and they feature a variety of spaces, including art rooms, technology rooms, social lounges, performing arts rooms, and kitchens for culinary lessons. Clients also have the opportunity to experience scheduled outings and other opportunities to foster engagement within the community.
Day programs are available to any participant who is 18 or older.

Positive Behavior Support
Pillar assists participants in building skills for community living while providing targeted behavioral interventions to address challenges that may impact daily life. Positive behavior plans grounded in person-centered values emphasize dignity and respect for the participant.
These plans focus on the cultivation of appropriate behaviors rather than the simple suppression of undesirable ones. These tailored supports are offered to both school-aged children and adults.
We accept referrals for individuals on MPW or SCL Waivers. If you are a waiver recipient or their guardian who is interested in receiving services, contact your Case Manager or Support Broker and ask them to send a participant referral to admissions@pillarsupport.org

Working closely with each participant, the case manager ensures that their needs are met while prioritizing health, wellness, and safety measures. This service is available to both adults and school-aged children.
