5th Annual Watts Spring Home Projects Show Benefitting Pillar
Home Show presented by Watts Home Center
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (January 21, 2025)— Pinpointing inspiration for the next home project is made easy with the Spring Home Projects Show on February 1, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Presented by Watts Home Center, the fifth annual Watts Spring Home Projects Show will welcome homeowners and DIY’ers to CityPlace Expo Center in La Grange, 112 South 1st Avenue, where Pillar will benefit.
With free admission, the Spring Home Projects Show will showcase local contractors and designers that can help attendees begin their next remodel, landscape, or construction project as they prepare their homes for the warmer months.
“We are honored to partner with the Watts Spring Home Projects Show again and are grateful for the support that Watts Home Center continues to provide,” said Karri Gerdemann, Pillar Executive Director. “Proceeds from the show will allow us to care for the 17 homes that house our Pillar residents. This support ultimately means we can serve more people throughout Oldham and Jefferson counties.”
“We are pleased to be part of the Watts Spring Home Projects Show each year. Connecting homeowners to the experts that can help them with their house projects while also raising funds to support a worthy cause is a win-win,” said Brian Watts, Watts Home Center Owner, located in LaGrange.
In addition to accepting monetary donations upon entrance to the event, all proceeds, including vendor booth fees, will be donated to Pillar to support the organization’s residential, day engagement centers, case management, transportation, and clinical behavioral services.
Creating a fun day for the whole family, the Spring Home Projects Show is held in tandem with LaGrange Main Street’s Chocolate Crawl where the Watts Spring Home Projects Show will be one of this year’s stops. The show will also have kid-friendly activities with DIY craft projects, a building zone, and character meet and greets.
