As the Director of Quality Assurance, Kim works to bridge the gap between Pillar’s compliance and residential departments. She has been in the disabilities field since 1999. In conjunction with the compliance team, she recently led the residential department to a successful state audit. She has also created and implemented best practices to ensure that Pillar’s 24/7 residential department is fully staffed. In her free time, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband of 19 years and two sons and daughter, all of whom she is very proud of.
