Gabe previously worked in human resources for an automotive plant and has enjoyed the switch to human services. At Pillar Gabe digitized all HR files to easily track and update documentation, resulting in zero citations in the last state audit. He has also overhauled the hiring and onboarding process by creating a new hire training mentorship program, introduced stay interviews to better understand staff values, and streamlined the hiring process. In his free time, Gabe is a gamer and has started a sword collection.
