Aricka has been in the disabilities field for 17 years, when she began as a direct support professional and now serves as the Director of Residential Care. In her role, she has fostered teamwork and collaboration within the residential department and with other departments. She not only encourages but, actively facilitates residents being involved in and part of the community by ensuring transportation, arranging staffing, and coordinating personal needs. In 2024 Aricka graduated from the Center for Nonprofit Excellence’s course for new and emerging leaders.
