Kim Dickey

Kim Dickey brings more than 35 years of experience as a Human Resources leader and strategic business partner, having held key roles with multinational organizations including American Air Filter International, Owens Corning, Honeywell International, Siemens, Atria Senior Living, Schneider Electric, and Newell Brands. She currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Gaming Operations at Churchill Downs Incorporated and has been recognized among Louisville Business First’s “20 People to Know in Human Resources.”

New to Pillar’s Board, Kim is inspired by the opportunity to support and advance the organization’s mission of creating equitable pathways for individuals with disabilities to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives. Having worked across diverse industries—from manufacturing to senior living care to gaming—she brings a broad perspective and will leverage it to uphold Pillar's HR practices that support inclusion, collaboration, and employee engagement.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts from Centre College, is a SHRM Certified Professional, and has completed executive leadership programs at the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business and Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. She is honored to serve on Pillar’s Board and contribute to its continued community impact.
