Barnett Edelen

Born and raised in Louisville, Barnett has built his career helping organizations find clarity, chart growth, and bring meaningful products and ideas to life. With experience spanning brand strategy, product management, and innovation leadership, he has guided both emerging and established companies through strategic planning, category and portfolio development, and new product commercialization. His work centers on simplifying complex challenges and creating sustainable paths to growth.

Barnett graduated from Rhodes College with a Bachelor of Arts and later earned his MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. He lives in Louisville with his wife and two children.
